02

Growing teams and SMBs 10–250

Heads of ops, COOs, chiefs of staff; for teams buried in ops, teams where everything ends up with the same person.

Why ADAPTiZY?

operate alone like a team of 10.

We have all met the self-proclaimed “top AI expert,” freshly graduated from a YouTube curriculum, asking you to comment “AGENT” under their post to receive a free PDF. More seriously, I prefer to build. I’m Roland, founder of ADAPTiZY, and that’s what guides my work.

01

Technical depth

I come from infrastructure architecture and production data protection. Today, that experience lets me design reliable AI systems, built to last. Performance, backup, security, automation, incident recovery: the technical constraints are accounted for from the start. And the business stakes too, of course.

02

Simplicity

Plenty of solutions promise productivity gains… at the cost of one more tool to master, weeks of setup, and endless training. My approach is different: I scope, I build, I deploy. Your teams just use the tool.

03

Speed

The AI ecosystem moves fast. Testing, comparing, and validating new tools is part of how I keep up. When a technology brings a real gain in quality or speed, it goes into my process: low-code, automation, AI-assisted coding… anything that speeds up delivery without compromising security. The “miracle” solutions that don’t hold to my standards stay on the shelf.

04

Transparency

AI has limits. So do I. When a project needs expertise beyond mine, I bring in partner agencies, and the client always knows from the start. And if no setup lets me guarantee serious, well-handled work, I’d rather turn it down.

process

How it works.

Five steps. No surprises. Fixed quote before we touch code.

  1. 1

    Process analysis

We start by understanding your organization from the inside: current workflows, the tools you use, daily friction, and what each team needs.

  2. 2

    Data validation

No reliable data, no reliable results. We assess the availability and quality of your data to define a collection and pre-processing plan.

  3. 3

    Prototyping

We build a usable first version fast (a PoC). That lets us test real usage, spot the system’s limits early, and adjust before going further.

  4. 4

    Testing and validation

We run real-world tests on a narrow scope to surface any anomalies and tune the algorithms. If the gains are there, we move ahead.

  5. 5

    Rollout & support

A gradual rollout that also includes training your users on the tools. We keep monitoring for anomalies and ship updates, and we stay available for post-launch adjustments.

our approach

200 pages of spec. Or a prototype by Tuesday.

pick one.

The classic playbook

  • Kickoff is a meeting

Four weeks of scoping before anyone writes a line of code. Everyone has an opinion. Nobody has seen the thing run.

  • 200-page spec

Theoretical documentation that drifts from what is buildable. By the end, nobody remembers what was signed.

  • Scope creep on loop

Deadlines slip, the vision blurs, the deliverable looks nothing like the brief.

  • Tech surprises in prod

The real problems show up during build. Extra cost, extra friction, slipped timeline.

Our way

  • Start small

Tight scope, one real first phase shipped. Less risk, results visible fast.

  • Small team

We talk to the operators directly. No layer of intermediaries, no meeting to prep the meeting.

  • Prototype first

We’d rather show you a working prototype fast than spend weeks imagining one.

  • Test early, adjust often

Working software at the end of every phase. Technical limits surface immediately. Adjustments now, not in six months.

literally.

We build it. You use it.

Quick call, no need to block your morning. We’ll tell you exactly what we’d automate first, even if you don’t hire us. we’d rather be useful first.
