ADAPTiZY is the brand under which Gabiane Labs presents its services: AI automation and Private AI deployment.

This site is informational. It describes what we do and lets you get in touch. It is not, on its own, a contract for services.

3. Accepting these terms

Using the site means you accept these terms as they stand on the day of your visit. We may update them; the version online is the one that applies.

4. Access to the site

We aim to keep the site available and up to date, but we offer it as is. Access can be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control. We don't guarantee the site will be free of errors or available without interruption.

5. Intellectual property

The site's content, including text, design, the ADAPTiZY brand, logo, wordmark, illustrations, and code, belongs to Gabiane Labs or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse it without our written agreement, beyond normal browsing and standard quoting with attribution.

6. Code and delivery

When we deliver an automation, a workflow, or any custom build to a client, the source code is versioned on a private GitHub repository, operated by GitHub Inc. (Microsoft, United States). Access is restricted to the client and to the engineers working on the project.

Client secrets (API keys, access tokens, credentials) are never stored in plain text in the repository. They live in dedicated secret stores or in environment variables on the runtime infrastructure.

7. Acceptable use

When you use this site:

• →Don't scrape or extract content at scale, by automated means or otherwise, without our agreement.
• →Don't use the site for anything unlawful or that infringes someone else's rights.
