French Guiana

Website design in French Guiana

Our founder is Guyanais. Sites for businesses in Cayenne, Kourou and Matoury, built by someone who actually knows the place.

Roland, who founded ADAPTiZY, is Guyanais. So when we talk about Cayenne, Rémire-Montjoly or the road to Kourou, it isn't geography learned off a map. It's home.

We build sites for Guianese businesses tired of being invisible online while mainland competitors take up all the space. A shop in Cayenne, a contractor in Matoury, an association in Saint-Laurent-du-Maroni: we build a storefront that loads fast even when the connection misbehaves, and that ranks for the right local searches.

It all happens remotely, cleanly, with regular checkpoints. You keep control of the content, we keep control of the tech. Pricing on quote, because a restaurant and a construction firm don't need the same thing.

We didn't pick French Guiana off a target-market list. The founder is from here, which is a different kind of local.

How it goes

Four steps, no surprise at the end

At any moment you know where we are, what we need from you, and what comes next.

  1. 1

    Scoping

    1 week

We listen, list the pages, set the boundaries. This is where we kill the bad surprises before they happen.

    • Scoping workshop and site map
    • Scope, timeline and quote signed before we code
  2. 2

    Design and mockups

    1 to 2 weeks

We draw the site for real. You see the actual pages, not a PDF that lies about the result.

    • Mockups of the key pages, in your style
    • One round of feedback before we touch code
  3. 3

    Build

    2 to 6 weeks

We code the components, wire in your tools, fill the content. You follow progress page by page.

    • Components, animations and integrations
    • Preview link, updated with every bit of progress
  4. 4

    Go live

    a few days

We connect the domain, check the SEO and speed, publish. And we stay around after, not just on launch day.

    • Domain, SSL, technical SEO and testing
    • Onto managed hosting, we keep the lights on
E-commerce

A real shop, that delivers where the others won’t

Storefront, cart, Stripe checkout, multi-currency. Plus shipping to the French overseas territories, the part most sites skip.

Storefront and cart

Catalog, product pages, cart and Stripe checkout. The customer buys, the money lands in your account, no middleman.

Promo codes and loyalty

Discounts, codes, loyalty points. You launch a promo in the morning, it’s live before lunch.

Multi-currency EUR, MUR, USD

Prices show in the customer’s currency. Euro, Mauritian rupee or dollar, no mental math.

Payment, VAT and customs handled

Secure payment, VAT applied by region, customs paperwork prepared. You sell, we handle the paperwork.

DOM-TOM

Shipping and customs to the overseas territories

Most shops stop at mainland France and leave Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Réunion and Mayotte out in the cold. We handle the shipping and the customs formalities to those territories. Your overseas customers actually get their order, and you win a market your competitors ignore.

Common questions

Do you work remotely with businesses in Cayenne?

Yes, and the founder grew up in the area, so the back-and-forth doesn't need long explanations of local context. Everything runs by video call and shared documents.

Will the site work on slow or unstable connections?

That's exactly what we design for. Light pages, compressed images, no heavy effects. It needs to load on a phone between Cayenne and Saint-Laurent, not just on fibre.

Do you understand the local market, not just France?

Yes. The catchment area, the rhythm of business, the way people search locally in French Guiana: we write the content around that, not around a Paris template.
