Partner programs

Three waysto partner.

Referral, co-delivery, white-label… several ways to partner.

Three programs, three commitments.

Pick the one that matches how you work. The attribution and payment rules stay the same for everyone.

01

Referral partner

Networks, freelancers, consultants.

Commission

10% upfront + 10% recurring across 12 months.

Engagement

Qualified intro, nothing more.

You introduce. We sign. You get paid. No project work to carry.

Best if you regularly bump into founders or ops leads stuck on processes that should be automated.

02

Co-delivery partner

Consultants who stay on the client side.

Commission

15% upfront + 15% recurring, paid for as long as you keep the relationship.

Engagement

Active co-delivery over the project.

You keep the relationship, we bring the build. Clear scope, no grey zone.

Best if you’re already embedded with the client and the technical or AI piece isn’t your core craft.

03

White-label partner

Agencies who resell under their own brand.

Commission

Negotiated rate.

Engagement

NDA + master agreement.

We ship behind your logo, your process, your clients. Private conversation before any number lands.

Best if you already sell consulting or transformation and miss a delivery crew on the AI side.

Case by case.

Special cases

GDPR counsel, cyber firms, ERP/CRM integrators, specialist consulting.

Your trade doesn’t fit the three boxes? Probably still worth a chat.

What counts as a qualified intro.

Learned the hard way: a real intro is not a name dropped in passing.

Counts

  • Email or video call set up with the decision-maker

“Marc, meet Sophie, CTO at Acme. They want to automate their onboarding flow.”

  • Need identified, budget mentioned

“They’re ready to spend 30K this year if the solution holds up.”

  • Net-new: not already in our pipeline

We check internally within 24h. If they’re already with us, we’ll tell you.

Doesn’t count

  • “You should reach out to X.”

No email, no warm hand-off, no commission. A name alone leaves us to do all the work.

  • A business card tossed into a WhatsApp thread

A warm intro with no context and no framing triggers nothing. Lay out the need in two lines.

  • Accounts our team is already talking to

If we’ve been talking with them for 3 weeks already, the intro doesn’t attribute the deal to you.

The common rules.

Five points, valid across all three programs.

  1. 01

    Attribution window: 120 days

120 days between the qualified intro and the signed contract. As long as the deal closes inside that window, it is yours.

  2. 02

    Payment after collection

We pay after each client invoice is collected, via bank transfer, on an invoice you issue. No promises, just paper trail.

  3. 03

    Written agreement before any payment

A roughly one-page template, signed before the first deal. No unreadable legal, only the clauses that matter.

  4. 04

    No double-dip

Referral commission OR billed project management time, never both. Unless we agree on something else in writing before kickoff.

  5. 05

    First dated intro wins

If two partners claim the same lead, the earliest dated qualified intro wins. Keep your timestamps.

The recap, keep it handy.

Questions we hear a lot.

What if someone I introduce only signs 6 months later?

As long as the qualified intro happened within 120 days before the signature, the commission is yours.

If I introduce several prospects, is there a cap?

None. Every signed deal triggers its own commission.

Do you still pay if the client leaves after 3 months?

You earn 10% on what was actually collected. Three months collected, three months of recurring paid out. Not 12.

How do you guarantee I’ll be paid?

Written agreement signed before the first deal, and you issue an invoice for every commission. It’s traced on both sides.

Can I combine programs?

Not on the same client: you’re a referrer OR a co-delivery partner OR a white-label partner for a given account. You can absolutely be a referrer for one client and a white-label partner for another.
How we settle it

Roughly one-page contract, signed before the first payment. You invoice, we pay, everything is traced.

What we sign

A roughly one-page agreement, template provided. Parties, program chosen, rate, 120-day window. That’s it.

What you invoice

One invoice per commission, after each client collection. You keep control of your billing, in EUR, CHF, or USD.

What we track

Qualified intro date, signature date, amounts collected, commissions paid. Quarterly recap sent without you asking.

No unreadable legal.
